Australian REIT Open Fund details (Japanese)

November 2004 saw the establishment in Japan of the "Australian REIT Open Fund", a retail fund investing in Australia's LPT market. HPJ conceived of the concept and brought all of the parties together, as well as facilitated the implementation. The initial fund target of 10 billion yen was successfully achieved.

The fund's asset manager is Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management and distribution effected through Mitsubishi UFJ Securities.
